Dante finds his inspiration in "moments of transition" and unique textures. He uses color and light to capture "transcendental times" of sunrise and dusk along with seasonal quiet moments. He often returns to the same location to study and record the changes according to season and time.

Closer to home, most of his Jersey "shore" and "park" paintings illustrate an intimate portrait of unique scenes of New Jersey experienced with his sons and family. He has shown and sold his works throughout the tri-state area in private and public galleries, art competition shows, and juried shows nationwide.
